You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, use multi-factor authentication when required, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You may connect only social accounts and destinations that you are authorized to manage. You must comply with each platform’s developer terms, content policies, and applicable law.

Uhakika Flow does not guarantee that a platform will accept, process, or retain a post. Platform review, API availability, quotas, and moderation remain outside our control.

Subscriber features and usage are governed by the active plan. Limits may include connected accounts, posts per period, storage, and other entitlements. Super administrators may make documented manual adjustments where authorized.

You must not use the service to:

• Publish illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
• Bypass platform authorization, quotas, or safety controls.
• Probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload malware or expose another person’s confidential data.

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may update features, security controls, plans, or these terms as the product and platform APIs evolve. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
