Information we process
We process account identifiers, profile details, subscription state, uploaded media metadata, publishing instructions, and activity records required to operate the service.
Social platform access tokens and refresh tokens are treated as sensitive credentials. They are stored encrypted and are never intentionally exposed to the browser.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce plan limits, store drafts, process authorized publishing jobs, show status, prevent misuse, and provide support.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not publish without an explicit user instruction.
- We use official platform authorization flows only.
Storage and safeguards
Data is protected with encrypted transport, database row-level security, role-aware access, signed storage operations, server-only secrets, and audit logging. Administrative access is restricted and designed to support multi-factor authentication.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only while needed to provide the service, satisfy security and legal requirements, or resolve disputes. Account deletion requests trigger a controlled deletion process, subject to short-lived backups and legally required records.
Your choices
You may review your profile, disconnect social accounts, delete drafts and media you control, or request account deletion. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, portability, or objection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
